Returns & Replacements Policy

At UTDCULTUR, we take pride in the quality of our products. As all items are made to order, we only offer replacements in the event of a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@utdcultur.com.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos showing the defect.

Our team will review your claim and determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item at no additional cost to you.

What Is Not Covered

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Ordering the wrong size.

  • A change of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Personal fit or style preferences where the item has been manufactured correctly.

  • Minor variations that do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order, as sizing may vary between brands and garment styles.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@utdcultur.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
